AEG is not an insurance carrier. Insurance products discussed through this website are issued by applicable insurance companies and are subject to the terms, conditions, eligibility requirements, underwriting standards, limitations, exclusions, and state availability established by those carriers.
Information on the AEG Legacy Planning website is provided for general educational and informational purposes.
Website content does not constitute:
An insurance contract;
A binder of insurance coverage;
A guarantee that insurance will be issued;
A guarantee of any premium, rate, benefit, cash value, underwriting classification, or policy outcome;

The general consultation-booking process is intended to collect basic contact and appointment information only.
Do not submit Social Security numbers, detailed medical information, prescription information, banking or payment information, identity documents, insurance applications, or other sensitive information through the general consultation form.
If additional information is needed to apply for insurance, AEG or the applicable carrier will direct you to an appropriate process.
AEG does not treat the submission of a telephone number alone as consent to receive automated text messages.
If you separately select the Appointment SMS Consent checkbox on the consultation-booking form, you agree to receive automated non-marketing SMS/MMS messages from Andreas Empire Group LLC at the mobile number you provide concerning the consultation or appointment you requested.
Appointment messages may include:
Appointment confirmations;
Appointment reminders;
Rescheduling information;
Cancellation information; and
Closely related appointment logistics.
This appointment messaging program is not a general marketing-text subscription.

Insurance applicants and existing clients may separately choose to receive automated non-marketing Client-Service SMS/MMS messages from Andreas Empire Group LLC through AEG's Client Communication Preferences process.
If you affirmatively select the AEG Client-Service SMS Consent checkbox, messages may include:
Policy-receipt follow-ups;
Client-service check-ins;
Birthday greetings;
Policy-anniversary reminders;
Annual policy-review reminders;
Responses to service requests; and
Closely related client-service communications concerning a pending or existing insurance relationship.
Client-Service SMS Consent is separate from Appointment SMS Consent.
Providing a telephone number, requesting a consultation, agreeing to these Terms, or consenting to appointment-related messages does not by itself enroll you in ongoing Client-Service SMS messages.
The Client-Service SMS program is not intended to provide unrelated promotional or marketing text messages.

AEG will honor valid opt-out requests in accordance with applicable law and operational requirements.
AEG may send a non-promotional message confirming an opt-out request where permitted.

Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Message delivery depends on wireless carrier and communications-network availability and is not guaranteed.

If you later wish to receive automated SMS messages again after opting out, AEG may require a new affirmative consent.
When you submit information through the website, you authorize AEG to respond to the inquiry, service request, communication-preference request, or appointment request using the contact information you provide, subject to applicable law and your communication preferences.
Nothing in these Terms constitutes consent to receive unrelated marketing communications where separate consent is required.
AEG may provide a Client Communication Preferences process that allows consumers, insurance applicants, and existing clients to indicate whether they wish to receive optional Client-Service SMS communications.
The Client Communication Preferences process is not an insurance application and should not be used to submit:
Social Security numbers;
Detailed medical or prescription information;
Banking or payment information;
Beneficiary information;
Identity documents;
Full policy documents; or
Other sensitive insurance or financial information.
Communication preferences may be updated or revoked subject to applicable law, technical limitations, and AEG's reasonable identity-verification and recordkeeping procedures.
The website may link to or use services provided by GoHighLevel/LeadConnector, insurance carriers, communications providers, scheduling providers, or other third parties.
AEG is not responsible for the independent privacy, security, availability, or contractual practices of third-party websites or platforms.
Use of a third-party platform may be subject to that provider's own terms and privacy policy.
Insurance carriers—not AEG—make final decisions concerning:
Underwriting;
Risk classification;
Policy issuance;
Policy terms;
Premiums;
Eligibility;
Coverage;
Claims; and
Other contractual matters reserved to the issuing insurer.
AEG cannot guarantee how a carrier will evaluate or decide an application or claim.
A client-service text message, policy-receipt follow-up, annual-review reminder, or other communication from AEG does not alter, amend, extend, guarantee, or replace the terms of an insurance policy or carrier decision.
Unless otherwise indicated, the AEG Legacy Planning website and AEG-created text, graphics, logos, design elements, videos, and other content are owned by or licensed to Andreas Empire Group LLC and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
Insurance-carrier names, logos, trademarks, product names, materials, and other carrier content belong to their respective owners.
You may use this website for personal, noncommercial purposes related to evaluating AEG's services.
You may not reproduce, distribute, sell, modify, scrape, republish, or commercially exploit website content without authorization where authorization is legally required.
