Privacy Policy

Effective Date: September 1, 2026
Last Updated: September 3, 2026

1. Introduction

Andreas Empire Group LLC, doing business as Andreas Empire Group (“AEG,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), is an independent insurance agency and brokerage.

This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, retain, and protect personal information when you visit the AEG Legacy Planning website, request information, schedule a life insurance consultation, manage your communication preferences, or otherwise interact with AEG through this website.

This Privacy Policy applies to information collected through the AEG Legacy Planning website and its related consultation-booking and communication-preference processes. It does not replace any privacy notice, insurance information-practices notice, authorization, disclosure, or other documentation that may apply if you later submit an insurance application or conduct business through an insurance carrier or another authorized platform.

2. Information We Collect Through This Website

When you schedule a consultation, manage your communication preferences, or otherwise contact AEG through this website, we may collect information that you voluntarily provide, including:

  • First name

  • Last name

  • Mobile telephone number

  • Email address

  • Appointment date and time

  • Communications relating to your requested appointment

  • Communication preferences and SMS consent selections

AEG may also collect information submitted through its Client Communication Preferences process, including contact information and your selection regarding optional client-service SMS communications.

The consultation-booking form and Client Communication Preferences form are not intended to collect Social Security numbers, detailed medical or prescription information, banking or payment information, driver's-license or other identity documents, completed insurance applications, or other sensitive underwriting information.

Please do not submit such information through the general website, consultation-booking form, or Client Communication Preferences form.

If you later choose to apply for insurance, additional information may be collected through the applicable insurance carrier or another authorized secure insurance-application process and may be subject to additional privacy notices and authorizations.

3. How We Collect Information

We may collect personal information:

  • Directly from you when you submit a form, manage your communication preferences, or schedule a consultation;

  • When you communicate with AEG regarding a consultation, insurance-service matter, or existing insurance relationship;

  • Automatically through limited technical information necessary to operate, secure, and maintain the website and related systems; and

  • Through service providers that operate website, scheduling, CRM, communications, or related functions on our behalf.

4. How We Use Information

AEG may use information collected through this website to:

  • Respond to your request for information;

  • Schedule and manage your consultation;

  • Contact you about a consultation you requested;

  • Provide appointment confirmations, reminders, rescheduling information, or cancellation updates when you have consented to receive those messages;

  • Administer your communication preferences;

  • Provide client-service communications when you have separately consented to receive them;

  • Provide customer support;

  • Maintain records of inquiries, appointments, communication preferences, and client-service interactions;

  • Operate, secure, maintain, and improve our website and business systems;

  • Comply with applicable insurance, privacy, communications, recordkeeping, legal, regulatory, and carrier requirements;

  • Prevent fraud, misuse, or security incidents; and

  • Establish, exercise, or defend legal rights where reasonably necessary.

Submitting a consultation request does not itself create insurance coverage or constitute an insurance application.

5. Appointment Text Messages

Providing your mobile telephone number does not automatically enroll you in text-message marketing.

If you separately check the SMS consent box on the consultation-booking form, AEG may send non-marketing text messages concerning the appointment you requested, including appointment confirmations, reminders, rescheduling information, cancellation updates, and closely related appointment logistics.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You may reply STOP to opt out of applicable text messages and HELP for assistance.

Consent to appointment text messages is not a condition of purchasing insurance or receiving an insurance consultation.

Opting out of text messages does not necessarily cancel an existing appointment. To change or cancel an appointment, use the applicable scheduling process or contact AEG.

6. Client-Service Text Messages

Insurance applicants and existing clients may separately choose to receive non-marketing client-service text messages from AEG by providing affirmative consent through AEG's Client Communication Preferences process.

These messages may include:

  • Policy-receipt follow-ups;

  • Client-service check-ins;

  • Birthday greetings;

  • Policy-anniversary reminders;

  • Annual policy-review reminders;

  • Responses to service requests; and

  • Closely related client-service communications concerning a pending or existing insurance relationship.

Client-service SMS consent is separate from appointment SMS consent.

Providing a mobile telephone number, requesting a consultation, or consenting to appointment-related text messages does not by itself enroll you in ongoing client-service text messages.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You may reply STOP to opt out of applicable text messages and HELP for assistance.

Consent to client-service text messages is optional and is not a condition of applying for, purchasing, receiving, or maintaining any insurance product or service.

AEG does not use Client-Service SMS Consent to authorize unrelated promotional or marketing text messages.

7. Mobile Information and SMS Consent

AEG does not sell mobile telephone numbers, SMS opt-in information, or text-message consent.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes.

AEG may disclose limited mobile information to service providers or subcontractors that perform website hosting, CRM, scheduling, customer service, telecommunications, messaging, or related functions on AEG's behalf, but only as reasonably necessary to provide those services.

Text-messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with unrelated third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes.

SMS consent is specific to the applicable AEG messaging program and does not constitute consent to receive unrelated marketing communications.

Consumers may withdraw SMS consent using the opt-out methods described in the applicable messaging program. AEG will process valid revocation requests in accordance with applicable law and operational requirements.For privacy questions or requests, contact Andreas Empire Group LLC at [email protected] or (856) 481-6580.

8. Service Providers

AEG uses service providers to operate portions of its website and business systems. These may include website-hosting, CRM, appointment-scheduling, communications, telecommunications, security, customer-service, and technical-support providers.

AEG currently uses GoHighLevel/LeadConnector for functions that may include the website, scheduling calendar, contact records, communication-preference records, appointment workflow, client-service workflow, and communications.

Service providers may receive personal information only to the extent reasonably necessary to perform services for AEG and are expected to handle information consistent with applicable contractual and legal requirements.

AEG does not authorize service providers to use SMS opt-in information or text-message consent for their own independent marketing.

9. Insurance Carriers and Insurance Transactions

AEG works with multiple insurance carriers.

If you choose to proceed beyond an initial consultation, information reasonably necessary to evaluate, apply for, place, administer, or service insurance may be provided to or collected directly by applicable insurance carriers and authorized service providers.

Those parties may have their own privacy notices and legal obligations.

AEG Legacy Planning is not itself an insurance carrier, and the general consultation form and Client Communication Preferences form are not insurance-application portals.

Retention periods may vary depending on the type of information, applicable law, carrier requirements, and the nature of the relationship.

AEG may retain records reasonably necessary to document SMS consent, consent source, communication preferences, and opt-out or revocation requests.

When information is no longer reasonably necessary, we may delete, securely dispose of, or de-identify it, subject to applicable legal and recordkeeping obligations.

13. Information Security

AEG uses reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, loss, or misuse.

No electronic transmission, website, database, or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

Please do not send sensitive insurance, medical, financial, or identity information through an unsecured website form, ordinary email, or text message unless specifically instructed to use an authorized secure method.

14. Privacy Rights

Depending on where you reside and the law applicable to AEG and the particular information involved, you may have rights concerning your personal information, which may include rights to request access, correction, deletion, or a copy of certain information, or to opt out of certain types of processing.

These rights are not identical in every state and may be subject to statutory thresholds, exemptions, exceptions, identity-verification requirements, and insurance-specific laws.

AEG will respond to verified privacy requests as required by applicable law.

15. Insurance-Specific Privacy Rights

If you become an insurance applicant, policyowner, insured, or other person involved in an insurance transaction, additional rights, disclosures, notices, and authorization procedures may apply under state insurance privacy laws and the applicable carrier's privacy practices.

This website Privacy Policy does not replace those insurance-specific notices.

16. Children's Privacy

AEG Legacy Planning is intended for adults seeking information about life insurance and is not directed to children under 13.

AEG does not knowingly use the consultation-booking or Client Communication Preferences processes to collect personal information directly from children under 13.

If we learn that information was submitted by a child in circumstances requiring parental authorization or deletion, we will take appropriate action.

17. Third-Party Websites and Services

The website may contain links to insurance carriers, scheduling platforms, or other third-party websites and services.

AEG does not control the privacy practices of independent third parties. When you leave the AEG Legacy Planning website or use a carrier's platform, the applicable third party's privacy policy and terms may govern.

18. Changes to This Privacy Policy

AEG may update this Privacy Policy when our website, technology, services, messaging programs, legal obligations, or information practices materially change.

The current version will be posted on the website with an updated “Last Updated” date.

Where applicable law requires additional notice or consent for a material change, AEG will provide it.
